California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)

If College Pro delivers services to you which include the processing of your organization’s “personal information” governed by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by CPRA, a written agreement between our organizations incorporating the legally required CPRA provisions may be required.

A copy of College Pro’s pre-signed CPRA Addendum (“Addendum”) is available to download and counter-sign here.

The pre-signed Addendum includes CPRA required “service provider” and “contractor” terms, imposes additional obligations on College Pro, and ensures CPRA compliance by both parties.

To complete the pre-signed Addendum, please:

1. Download the pre-signed CPRA Addendum here;
2. Execute the CPRA Addendum and email it to DPAPrivacy@collegepro.org. Please indicate your organization’s name in the Subject line.

If you return a modified version of the Addendum, College Pro will not accept the edits.

Additionally, if the entity listed on the Addendum is not a party to your current agreement with College Pro, we will reject it and notify you of necessary revisions.
