College Pro Named A Best Company for Parents by Seramount

Los Angeles, Sept. 20, 2022— College Pro has been named a “2022 100 Best Companies for Parents” by Seramount (formerly Working Mother Media). Seramount honors companies that offer inclusive family benefits for their employees.

College Pro received the distinction for providing employees in the United States a wide range of family-friendly benefits, including gender-neutral paternal leave, flexible work arrangements when returning back to work, adoption reimbursements, fertility benefits and mental health benefits.

“We’re honored to be named one of the best companies for parents by Seramount. The recognition reflects our efforts to be a premier career destination,” said College Pro Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources, Linda Hyman. “As the workplace continues to evolve and the lines between work life and home life have become increasingly blurred, it’s humbling to see all that has been accomplished by our firm’s working parents and all of our colleagues across the globe.”

“We are seeing our 100 Best Companies add even more to their robust benefit offerings that go beyond traditional parental leave,” says Subha V. Barry, President of Seramount. “Now, they’ve upped their game by providing other support like covering fertility expenses, childcare reimbursement, and increased mental health benefits. These companies continue to set the bar high when it comes to building family-friendly, inclusive workplaces.”
