Tanyth Lloyd

After joining College Pro RPO in 2019 as Head of Innovation, Tanyth is now Global Vice President Technology & Transformation for our RPO business.

The focus of this role is to provide thought leadership, develop technology strategy and drive acceleration of transformative talent solutions for College Pro clients. The position provides leadership and connectivity to the technology innovation and product development functions to inform our buy v build digital & technology strategy.

With a clear focus on the future of work, Tanyth is responsible for bringing an elevated sense of innovation to the College Pro solutions and is passionate about helping our onsite teams work hand in glove with data, technology and AI to create elevated candidate, hiring manager and employee experiences. 

Prior to joining College Pro, Tanyth spent 12 years leading talent acquisition functions across the Asia-Pacific region, with the majority of time spent at Deloitte as Head of Talent Acquisition, Mobility and Digital Talent Innovation.

As a Certified Change Practitioner, Tanyth has a passion  for change leadership, innovation, developing future leaders, continuous learning, playing with emerging technology and crafting compelling brand strategies.

As an avid sports fan, Tanyth endeavours to channel her competitive spirit into continuous improvement and the development of world class solutions.
